Crushing: the bunches are picked by hand or mechanic towards the mid-end of August. They are carried to the cellar and pressed, soft crushing, controlled temperature fermentation.
Storage: stainless steel tanks
Color: shiny straw yellow more or less intense.
Bouquet: characteristic, vinous and delicate.
Taste: dry, harmonious and tangy.
Wine maker’s suggestion:
a wine for all occasions, as an appetizer, with soup, pasta whit broth, vegetables, pasta whit delicate sauces, any fish and egg-based dishes.
Serving temperature: 8-10° C.
