Bouquet: intense and fruity with hints of berries and spices, including black pepper, good structure, soft and cool enough with a medium tannin.
Taste: strong structure, smooth tannis and fresh.
Wine maker’s suggestion:
it’s the best served with meat dishes, roasted lamb and pork and aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C.
