Crushing: the bunches are picked only by hand towards the end of August- first days of September. They are carried to the cellar and pressed, soft crushing, controlled temper-ature fermentation, to maintain the beautiful floreal bouquet. The wine undergoes a natural fermentation with the Charmat Method.

Color: straw yellow with greenish.
Bouquet: delicate and harmonious, slightly fruity.
Taste: dry, crisp and harmonious, slightly fruity, with good acidity and persistence.
Wine maker’s suggestion:
a wine for all occasion as an apetizer or at the meal. Perfect with canapés, light main courses or fish, light meats and cheeses.
Serving temperature: 7-9 °C.
