Always careful to minimise damages to the environment and to health, Cantina Mingazzini has now increased its range with Organic Wines.
These wines come out from grapes cultivated on not treated soils, where only natural fertilizers and anti-parasitics are used. Our wines come from Abruzzo, one of the main interesting italian regions for organic wine production.

STILL WHITE WINES

 

White scented and aromatic wines

They perfectly match with fish or white meat dishes. Some are the ideal with appetizers. Whether served cool, you will discover the typical scents of the different italian regions, thanks to the particular ground characteristics which give us a wide range of high quality wines. 

SPARKLING WINES

 

Sparkling is the special characteristic of Emilia Romagna region

Driving along the Emilia Route which crosses over all our region, we can have a look on all the main vineyards of Emilia Romagna where our sparkling wines are produced, representing the feather in the cap of this region and unique to national market.

Strong character wines

You can choose between Sangiovese, delicate and violet flavoured taste which give birth most of the italian red wines and the Syrah coming up from Sicily soils. Full-bodied and pronounced, they are the right combination to wild game, roast meat or seasoned cheeses.
